Who We Are

Restore Claim Solutions was founded by people who’ve lived through disaster and know the system inside and out. We don’t work for your insurance company — we work for you. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience helping policyholders get fairly paid for property damage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about property insurance claims, our services, and how Restore Claim Solutions can assist you.

A Public Adjuster represents the policyholder throughout the entire claim process, while an Appraiser is only brought in to act as an independent third party when there’s a dispute about the value of the loss. We do both!

If your claim is just starting or the carrier is delaying/denying coverage, you likely need a Public Adjuster. If the carrier has already made an offer and it’s too low, an Appraisal may be the faster and more effective route. We can help you decide which is best for your claim.

As soon as you feel the insurance company isn’t treating you fairly. That could be right after the loss, when you get a low estimate, or when the claim seems stuck. The earlier we’re involved, the better positioned we are to protect your interests.
